The Loukoumathes is the name of the recipe.
Ingredients:

30 gramsCompressed yeast , -=OR=-
1 pack-Active dry yeast
1 cupMilk , lukewarm
1 tbspCaster sugar
1 Egg , beaten
1/4 cupButter , melted
2 cupPlain flour
1/2 tspSalt
Honey , warm
Ground cinnamon
Procedures:
Step one:Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of the lukewarm milk.
Step two:Add remaining milk , sugar , egg and lukewarm melted butter.
Step three:Sift flour and salt into a warm bowl and gradually stir in mixed liquids.
Step four:Beat until smooth and continue beating for 1 minute.
Step five:Cover with folded cloth and leave in a warm place for 1-hours until batter doubles in bulk with bubbles on the surface.
Step six:Stir well then drop teaspoonfuls into deep , hot oil ( 190? or 375) ~ do 4 to 5 at a time.
Step seven:Turn puffs to brown evenly and remove with a slotted spoon ( each puff takes about a minute to cook) .
Step eight:Drain on absorbent paper and pile on to a plate.
Step nine:Drizzle each layer with warm honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step ten:Serve hot.
