The Dried prawn sambal (sambal lada udang kering) is the name of the recipe.
Ingredients:

Stephen Ceideburg
1 lbsDried Prawns
1 largeOnion
20 Fresh red chillies
1 tbspSalt
1/2 cupOil
1/2 cupVery thick coconut milk
-( type I)
1/2 Lemon , juice only
Procedures:
Step one:Soak prawns in boiling hot water until they are soft.
Step two:Rinse and drain , then mince them.
Step three:Grind onion and chillies until fine.
Step four:Pound the chillies and onion finely with salt.
Step five:Heat oil and fry chilli mixture until soft.
Step six:Add minced prawns and mix well.
Step seven:Then add coconut milk , stirring and bring to boil on medium heat.
Step eight:Reduce heat , allow to simmer until mixture is thick for about 30 minutes.
Step nine:Stir from time to time.
Step ten:Add lemon juice 3 minutes before finishing the cooking
