The Apple cinnamon tart is the name of the recipe.
Ingredients:

| cup | Rolled oats | | 1
| tbsp | Plus ts cinnamon | | 3/4
| cup | Apple juice | | 2
| large | Apples , peeled/sliced | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice , room temp | | 1/3
| cup | Water , cold | | 1
| pack | Unflavored gelatin | | 2
| cup | Fat-free yogurt | | 1/4
| cup | Honey | | 1/2
| tsp | Almond extract |

Procedures:
| Step one: | Preheat oven at 350. | | Step two: | Prepare a pie plate with cooking spray. | | Step three: | In a small bowl , combine oats and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. | | Step four: | Toss with cup apple juice. | | Step five: | Press onto bottom of pie plate. | | Step six: | Bake 5 minutes or until set. | | Step seven: | Cool. | | Step eight: | In a mixing bowl , toss apple slices with lemon juice; arrange on cooled crust in pan and set aside. | | Step nine: | In a small saucepan , combine water and remaining cup apple juice. | | Step ten: | Sprinkle gelatin over water mixture; let stand 3 minutes to soften. | | Step eleven: | Cook and stir over medium heat until gelatin is completely dissolved; remove from heat. | | Step twelve: | Add yogurt , honey , remaining teaspoon cinnamon and almond extract; blend well. | | Step thirteen: | Pour over apples in crust. | | Step fourteen: | Chill several hours or overnight. |
