The Apple cinnamon tart is the name of the recipe.
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cupRolled oats
1 tbspPlus ts cinnamon
3/4 cupApple juice
2 largeApples , peeled/sliced
1 tspLemon juice , room temp
1/3 cupWater , cold
1 packUnflavored gelatin
2 cupFat-free yogurt
1/4 cupHoney
1/2 tspAlmond extract
Procedures:
Step one:Preheat oven at 350.
Step two:Prepare a pie plate with cooking spray.
Step three:In a small bowl , combine oats and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Step four:Toss with cup apple juice.
Step five:Press onto bottom of pie plate.
Step six:Bake 5 minutes or until set.
Step seven:Cool.
Step eight:In a mixing bowl , toss apple slices with lemon juice; arrange on cooled crust in pan and set aside.
Step nine:In a small saucepan , combine water and remaining cup apple juice.
Step ten:Sprinkle gelatin over water mixture; let stand 3 minutes to soften.
Step eleven:Cook and stir over medium heat until gelatin is completely dissolved; remove from heat.
Step twelve:Add yogurt , honey , remaining teaspoon cinnamon and almond extract; blend well.
Step thirteen:Pour over apples in crust.
Step fourteen:Chill several hours or overnight.
