10 ozAsparagus or broccoli
Cooked and drained
4 sliceCooked chicken or turkey
1 canCream of chicken or mushroom
Soup
1/3 cupMilk
1/2 cupShredded cheddar cheese
Procedures:
Step one:Layer asparagus in a shallow baking dish ( 10x6x2 inches) ; top with sliced chicken.
Step two:Blend in soup and milk; pour over all; sprinkle with cheese.
Step three:Broil about 4-5 inches from heat until hot and lightly browned on top about 8 minutes.
