The Campbell soup - savoury meatball 'n spaghetti is the name of the recipe.
Ingredients:
2 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupFine bread crumbs
1 Egg
1 tspSalt
1 cupSliced onion
2 tbspShortening
2 canCream of mushroom soup
1 cupSour cream
1 cupChopped tomatoes
2 cupCucumber , cut in cubes
1 1/2 cupSpaghetti , cooked & broken
1/2 tspDried dill , crushed
Parmesan cheese ( grated)
Procedures:
Step one:In large bowl , combine beef , crumbs , egg , and salt.
Step two:Shape into 24 meatballs.
Step three:In 1 large frying pan ( about 10 inches) brown meatballs , and cook onion in shortening until tender.
Step four:Pour off fat; blend in soup , sour cream and tomatoes.
Step five:Add cucumber and spaghetti and dill; mix well.
Step six:Bake in two 1-quart casseroles at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
Step seven:Top with cheese.
