Tuna steak marinade

| | Stuart Talkofsky | | 1/2
| cup | Butter or Margerine , melted | | 1/2
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Hot sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce | | 3
| | Garlic cloves , crushed |

| Procedures: |
| Step one: | Grill or broil basting with remaining marinade. | | Step two: | Cook fish 4 - 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. | | Step three: | I cooked this on a stove top grill constantly basting. | | Step four: | If cooked too long it becomes too dry. | | Step five: | Meal mastered by stuart talkofsky from a bag of tuna steaks |
